Licensed Therapist, LCSW – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments and provide individual psychotherapy through a telehealth platform.

• Perform audio-only sessions as an alternative when patients are unable to access video.

• Offer time-limited, goal-oriented, skill-based therapy utilizing CBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups.

• Extend support and advocacy to caregivers and family members of individuals dealing with dementia and serious mental health issues.

• Record treatment responses and track clinical symptoms in the EMR.

• Collaborate during daily team huddles.

• Identify social determinants of health that the care team needs to address.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and dementia as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted LCSW license in Pennsylvania.

• Ability to bill Medicare is required.

• Experience in delivering psychotherapy through telehealth platforms.

• Proficient in screening, assessing, and planning treatment for common mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Familiarity with evidence-based brief behavioral interventions, such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving treatment, and behavioral activation.

• Access to a confidential home workspace and a stable internet connection.

• Computer will be provided.
