Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients.

• Improve behavioral health programming while providing exceptional mental health and substance use care.

• Conduct services in a virtual environment.

• Engage in case discussions and collaborate with fellow clinicians.

• Establish strong relationships with clients and facilitate in-depth group work.

• Maintain consistent schedules and stable caseloads.

• Collaborate with the Admissions & Assessment team along with operational, HR, and IT support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an independent or associate licensure in Missouri.

• Accepted licenses include: LCSW/LAMSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, CIT/PLPC, MFT.

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician.

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.

• Proficient and confident in integrating various modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification is a plus).

• Experience working with teens and young adults is highly preferred.

• Passionate and skilled in providing group services.

• Available evenings to meet client demands; this is required for full-time positions.

• Part-time availability of at least 12 hours per week or full-time availability of 40 hours per week.

• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
