Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients.

• Enhance the behavioral health programming at Charlie Health.

• Provide exceptional mental health care in a virtual environment.

• Engage in case discussions and work collaboratively with fellow clinicians.

• Conduct thorough group sessions with a maximum of 8 clients per group.

• Options to work part-time or full-time as a W-2 employee.

• Maintain a minimum of 12 hours per week for part-time roles or 40 hours per week for full-time roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess either independent or associate licensure in South Carolina.

• Accepted licenses include: LISW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA.

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician; all disciplines are welcomed.

• A Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Experience with youth and young adults is highly preferred.

• Availability for 12-40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time W-2 status.

• Evening availability is mandatory for full-time positions.

• Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software is essential.

• Proficient and confident in integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR); MI certification is advantageous.

• Experience working with teens and young adults is crucial.

• Skilled in providing group services.
