This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Deliver outpatient behavioral health services to individuals of all ages facing psychological challenges.
β’ Conduct interviews with individuals and/or families to identify presenting issues, evaluate mental status and potential risks, gather psychosocial background, and assign precise diagnoses utilizing all five Axes from the current DSM manual.
β’ Offer individual, group, and family therapy grounded in person-centered philosophies and best practices.
β’ Evaluate psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention while collaborating closely with psychiatrists.
β’ Ensure medical records are maintained in accordance with state, federal, and agency regulations.
β’ Support individuals and families with psychosocial needs through referrals to suitable external agencies and the provision of confidential information.
β’ Conduct crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination to de-escalate crises and uphold the lowest safe level of care.
β’ Provide Emergency Services coverage during clinical hours and be available for on-call coverage after hours and on weekends as required.
β’ Foster positive working relationships with served communities, individuals, families, staff, monitoring and licensing entities, organizations, funding sources, and human service agencies.
β’ Engage in the agency's continuous quality improvement initiatives.
β’ Offer clinical consultation to Monarch professionals for ongoing development and challenging client situations.
β’ Travel to community locations, agencies, and outreach destinations as assigned.
β’ Candidates must be from North Carolina only.
β’ Must possess one of the following qualifications: LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC.
β’ Maintain licensure as mandated by the licensing board.
β’ Familiarity with and adherence to all agency policies and procedures.
β’ Capability to drive and travel to community locations, various agencies, and other outreach venues as assigned.
β’ Availability for Emergency Services coverage during clinical hours and on-call coverage after hours and on weekends as needed.
β’ Participate in educational trainings/seminars to stay current with best practices.
