This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient behavioral health services to individuals of all ages facing psychological challenges.

• Conduct interviews with individuals and/or families to pinpoint presenting issues, evaluate mental status and risk, collect psychosocial history, and assign precise DSM diagnoses across all five Axes.

• Administer individual, group, and family therapy grounded in person-centered approaches and best practices.

• Evaluate psychiatric emergencies and offer crisis intervention while collaborating closely with psychiatrists.

• Ensure medical records are maintained in accordance with state, federal, and agency regulations.

• Connect individuals and families with suitable external agencies while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

• Conduct crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination to de-escalate crisis scenarios and support the lowest safe level of care.

• Provide coverage or backup for Emergency Services during clinical hours and be available for on-call duties after hours and on weekends as necessary.

• Foster positive relationships with the communities served, clients, families, staff, agencies, organizations, funding sources, and human service agencies.

• Engage in the agency's continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Offer clinical consultation to Monarch professionals for ongoing development and complex client cases.

• Drive and travel to assigned community locations, agencies, and outreach sites.
