This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient behavioral health services to individuals of all ages facing psychological challenges.

• Conduct interviews with individuals and/or families to pinpoint presenting issues, evaluate mental status and risk factors, compile psychosocial history, and assign precise DSM diagnoses.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy utilizing person-centered approaches and best practices.

• Evaluate psychiatric crises and provide crisis intervention in partnership with psychiatrists.

• Maintain medical records in accordance with state, federal, and agency regulations.

• Refer individuals and families to suitable external agencies while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

• Conduct crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination to reduce crisis situations and encourage the lowest safe level of care.

• Provide Emergency Services coverage during clinical hours and be available on-call after hours and on weekends as required.

• Foster positive working relationships with the communities served, individuals, families, staff, agencies, organizations, funding resources, and other human service providers.

• Engage in ongoing agency continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Offer clinical consultation to Monarch professionals to support professional growth and address challenging client situations.
