Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient behavioral health services to individuals of all ages facing psychological challenges.

• Conduct interviews with individuals and families to identify presenting issues, evaluate mental status and potential risks, collect psychosocial history, and assign precise DSM diagnoses.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy utilizing person-centered approaches and best practices.

• Evaluate psychiatric emergencies and collaborate with psychiatrists to provide crisis intervention.

• Maintain medical records in accordance with state, federal, and agency regulations.

• Refer individuals and families to suitable external agencies while adhering to confidentiality standards.

• Conduct crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination to mitigate crisis situations and promote the safest level of care.

• Offer Emergency Services coverage during clinical hours and on-call support after hours and on weekends as necessary.

• Foster positive relationships with individuals, families, staff, monitoring and licensing agencies, organizations, funding sources, and human service agencies.

• Engage in the agency's continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide clinical consultation to Monarch professionals for their professional growth and challenging client scenarios.

• Drive and travel to assigned community locations, agencies, and outreach sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be from North Carolina only.

• Must possess one of the following qualifications: LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC.

• Maintain licensure as mandated by the licensing board.

• Familiarity with and adherence to all agency policies and procedures.

• Capability to provide clinical services to individuals across all age groups.

• Willingness to offer on-call support after hours and on weekends as required.

• Ability to drive and travel to designated community locations, agencies, and outreach sites.
