Licensed Psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough neuropsychological, psychological, and/or psychoeducational assessments.

• Perform evaluations both in-person and virtually.

• Offer written and verbal feedback regarding findings, diagnostic insights, and recommendations.

• Compile detailed written reports that outline evaluation outcomes, diagnoses, and recommendations while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Upload documentation in accordance with departmental policies.

• Directly supervise and provide training to Diagnostic Specialists in neuropsychological testing and evaluation.

• Engage in weekly Regional Clinical Training Meetings and present at Weekly Psychology Assessment Didactic Seminars.

• Stay informed and pursue ongoing education related to pediatric psychological/neuropsychological assessments.

• Maintain an active license and uphold good standing with the state psychology board.

• Design, execute, and oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.

• Research literature pertinent to learner programs.

• Supervise the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.

• Conduct preference assessments, functional assessments, and staff performance evaluations.

• Analyze and summarize assessment results and create data graphs.

• Compose six-month progress reports to secure insurance funding.

• Provide training for staff and caregivers.

• Facilitate biweekly team meetings for each learner.

• Establish skill-generalization goals and update program documentation.

• Create or modify data collection systems.

• Respond to inquiries from technicians and caregivers and follow up on objective generalization.

• Submit documentation to the billing agency.

• Supervise 1–2 Apprentices and up to 3 BCBA trainees pursuing supervised fieldwork experience.

• Delegate case management responsibilities and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with families, schools, ASD service providers, and team members.

• Attend regular departmental and general staff meetings.

• Seek supervision when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• For the Psychologist track: Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology or Developmental Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.).

• Specialized training in assessing pediatric and adolescent neurodevelopmental disorders, including specific learning disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disability.

• Prior training and experience in the administration, scoring, and interpretation of neuropsychological assessments.

• Experience with measures of Intellectual Functioning, Development, Autism Spectrum Disorder (including the ADOS-2), Social Communication, and Emotional and Behavioral Functioning.

• For the BCBA track: Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (mandatory).

• Current BCBA certification/licensure.

• Preferred two years of experience in the ABA field.

• Strong report-writing abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and ASD service providers.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Willingness to sign the company NDA and any subsequent revisions.

• Required to maintain a clean background/drug screening and driving record.

• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

• Proficient in using a computer/laptop, fax/copy/scanner machine, telephone system, and calculator.
