Licensed Psychiatrist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide Exceptional Psychiatric Care - conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, formulate diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and the standards of SonderMind.

• Oversee Medication Management & Ongoing Care - supervise and evaluate medications, track treatment progress, and modify care plans as necessary to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

• Uphold Clinical Documentation Standards - ensure timely, precise, and compliant documentation for all client interactions in line with company, legal, and payer requirements.

• Facilitate Continuity of Care - work collaboratively with therapists, care coordinators, and other healthcare providers to guarantee a seamless and integrated care experience for clients.

• Achieve Productivity Goals - maintain a consistent schedule and fulfill baseline expectations for completed clinical encounters, with opportunities to earn additional compensation through productivity-based incentives.

• Utilize Technology & Tools - leverage the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseloads, optimize documentation, and improve care delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Psychiatrist (MD/DO) holding an active, unrestricted license in the relevant state(s).

• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.

• Experience in conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medication.

• Strong clinical judgment and a dedication to evidence-based care.

• Capacity to maintain punctual and accurate documentation.

• Comfort in a technology-enabled care environment.
