This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Professionally manage a large volume of incoming calls, addressing account inquiries, claims, and general questions.
• Efficiently gather customer information, assess their needs, and educate them about relevant products and services.
• Navigate and utilize multiple systems concurrently.
• Communicate effectively with pet parents through both verbal and written means.
• Resolve customer issues following one-call resolution guidelines or through an escalated process when necessary.
• Achieve or surpass company and client performance metrics.
• Balance company policies with client benefits in decision-making.
• Continuously assess and identify opportunities to enhance processes that positively influence the client and its customers.
• Document call disposition or compile and record customer information as needed.
• Adapt to changes within the current business environment.
• Proactively respond to pet parent emails with patience, empathy, and understanding to resolve issues.
• Must possess a property and casualty license in your state of residence.
• Must be willing to release property and casualty appointments (Health or Life appointments do not need to be released).
• Availability to work on weekends is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• A minimum of two years of customer service or call center experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• A dedicated workspace at home is necessary.
• Internet speed requirements include a minimum of 20 Mb/s for downloads and 10 Mb/s for uploads; wireless connections are not permitted.
• A demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for pet parents.
• Flexible scheduling to include weekends, evenings, potential holidays, and occasional overtime.
• A strong sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Fulfill all attendance and dependability requirements.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• A wired Ethernet connection with hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, cable, or fiber optic is required.
• Satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot internet services are not allowed.
• Must provide your own headset.
• Must provide one of the two required 21” monitors.
• Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
• This position currently offers 30 hours of work per week.
• Despite the 30-hour schedule, you will still qualify for benefits and paid time off (PTO).
