Bilingual Title Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for dealers, sales personnel, and both internal and external clients.

• Address title issues mainly through phone and email communication.

• Fulfill business requests and uphold Credit Acceptance's vehicle lien standards within established service levels.

• Monitor for any legal and risk-related issues and escalate them as needed.

• Interact with customers, dealers, auctions, DMVs, and other organizations to gather necessary documents and information.

• Diligently document actions and the locations of title and lien documents.

• Review and resolve tasks related to titles and liens.

• Identify and rectify issues regarding missing titles and errors.

• Offer title-related expertise to internal stakeholders.

• Process consumer title requests and manage both incoming and outgoing calls.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal standards.

• Meet attendance requirements and execute other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is required.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish.

• Prior experience serving as a subject matter expert in a specific area.

• Previous role as the primary contact for customers to troubleshoot issues and offer support.

• Experience in making logical decisions and addressing complex process challenges using available information.

• Past experience delivering outstanding customer service, including prompt and accurate responses to queries and concerns.

• High-speed internet access with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps.

• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday within the specified EST schedule and flexible 8-hour shifts.

• Required educational qualifications must be obtained from accredited institutions or equivalent.
