Bilingual Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, Spanish-Speaking, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who speak Spanish, conducted virtually.

• Facilitate therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, considering patients’ language and cultural backgrounds.

• Develop tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Establish a caseload of a minimum of 15 weekly sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Hold an active, independent license to practice psychology in Texas.

• Be fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of conducting full therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Prior experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.

• Availability to provide at least 15 weekly sessions is required.

• Must operate on a flexible, fee-for-service basis.

• 1099 clinicians should start with 15 hours per week, while W2 clinicians should begin with 25 hours per week.
