Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health treatment directly to patients using technology.

• Offer care to individuals across various age groups.

• Complete 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Utilize mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to guide treatment.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Employ telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Ensure care is provided in a HIPAA-compliant private home workspace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Eligibility to work in the United States.

• Ongoing, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship or renewal.

• A private home workspace conducive to patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort in using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Background in collaborating with clients to reach their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.
