Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Offer mental health treatment to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create treatment plans.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.

• Complete around 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Maintain a fixed Monday–Friday schedule during either an ET or CT shift option.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home that meets patient safety and HIPAA standards.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Associate Therapist/Registered Intern license or other applicable active credentials, such as LMHCA, LPC-A, LSW, LMSW, RMHCI, RCSWI, APC, MHC-LP, or RMFTI.
