Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – LPCC-S

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision required by the board for associate-level clinicians pursuing full licensure.

• Assist associates in providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Supervise based on professional judgment and board regulations.

• Mentor the upcoming generation of clinicians through the licensure process.

• Enhance access to mental health care for Medicaid beneficiaries.

• Collaborate with associates as they develop their clinical competencies.

• Offer constructive feedback that fosters clinician growth.

• Assist associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a valid LPCC-S license in good standing in Ohio, with board authorization to provide clinical supervision.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

• Demonstrated history of guiding associates to achieve full licensure.

• Maintain malpractice insurance coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Knowledgeable in clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines.

• Experience utilizing EHR systems and other digital tools.

• Have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, with personal computer and reliable internet access.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in Spanish preferred; additional language skills are a plus.

• Extensive clinical experience and solid diagnostic judgment.

• Collaborative mindset when working with associates.

• Ability to provide developmental feedback effectively.

• Comfortable assisting with Medicaid documentation and compliance tasks.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Reside in Ohio.

• Hold independent licensure and board approval to supervise associates in Ohio.

• Previous experience supervising associates to full licensure in Ohio.

• Prior therapy or counseling experience with Medicaid patients.
