This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Manage the Denver, CO area for Grand Canyon University’s Traditional Ground Campus.
• Organize and execute events and activities to enhance awareness of academic programs and the campus community.
• Generate inquiries through active community engagement and outreach initiatives.
• Advise prospective students and their families through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, texts, and Zoom sessions.
• Advocate for student success at Grand Canyon University and contribute to institutional growth.
• Build connections with community college students, faculty, and staff.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the territory.
• Participate in fairs, school visits, presentations, and community and campus events.
• Conduct campus tours for prospective students.
• Serve as the representative of Grand Canyon University within the territory.
• Work autonomously to meet ambitious recruitment goals.
• Assist prospective campus students and their families throughout the admissions process.
• Guide students towards achieving a fulfilling campus experience.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with community colleges and their personnel.
• Must reside in or around Denver, CO.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• No delinquent or defaulted federal student loans, as confirmed by a credit report.
• If enrolled in a rehabilitation program, the credit report must reflect current, non-delinquent payments.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and engaging presentation skills.
• Well-honed listening skills.
• Self-driven with a strong motivation to succeed.
• High emotional intelligence and the capacity to show empathy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.
• Flexible schedule with a willingness to travel.
• Clean driving record and capability to utilize a personal vehicle.
• Availability for evening and/or weekend events.
• Ability to travel to Phoenix 1–3 times monthly for those living outside the Phoenix area.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Relevant industry-related professional experience is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
