This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide direct counseling services to clients, including families, couples, and children, which encompasses patients, parents, and siblings.

• Implement therapeutic methodologies customized to client requirements, such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy.

• Attend to relational ethics while working in partnership with interdisciplinary team members and families.

• Involve team members to guarantee comprehensive family support and facilitate the exchange of information and ideas.

• Take part in family care meetings alongside other service providers.

• Adhere to clinic policies and comply with relevant state, federal, and licensing board laws and regulations.

• Assist team members in upholding organizational standards and policies.

• Ensure documentation and communication align with legal, ethical, and company standards.

• Protect patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline is required.

• A current and unrestricted license and/or certification is necessary to practice within the clinical realm.

• Capability to obtain cross-state licensure in new states as per business requirements.

• Familiarity with empirically supported psychotherapy treatment methods, such as cognitive and behavioral therapies, postmodern/post-structural approaches, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.

• Dedication to providing outstanding client care and utilizing client feedback to enhance service delivery.

• Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn from other professional fields, colleagues, and families.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations.

• Adherence to state, federal, and licensing board laws, requirements, regulations, confidentiality, and mandated reporting.
