This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with patients.
• Assess and provide treatment for mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient requirements and situations.
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to deliver counseling and treatment, making adjustments to plans as needed.
• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and consult with family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment post-licensure.
• A Master's Level Degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Valid, active, and unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license as required by office location; licensure must be current.
• Not seeking associate/intern-level therapists.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification during employment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Capability to lead, guide, or influence individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create and sustain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Proven experience with electronic health record systems; familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and resolve common technical issues.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are beneficial but not mandatory.
