Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Deliver mental health treatment directly to clients using technology.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day.

• Offer approximately 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Serve patients across various age groups.

• Facilitate access to care as Brave Health expands into new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without future employer sponsorship.

• Designated work-from-home area ensuring privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to reach their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Currently fully/independently licensed in a state.

• Willingness to manage 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Experience with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as needed for company growth.
