Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment using technology-driven care.

• Offer care to patients of all ages.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Operate Monday through Friday with a schedule of either 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm Central Time.

• Utilize comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and mental health/substance abuse diagnoses.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their goals.

• Care for patients dealing with chronic severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's level degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship at present or in the future.

• A designated work-from-home area ensuring patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to reach their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Independent clinical licensure is required.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.
