Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment to patients of all ages.

• Offer approximately 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Utilize mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to guide treatment.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Perform care using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Complete a questionnaire after submitting your application as part of the hiring process.

• Collaborate with a senior recruiter if there is a mutual fit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure required.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A designated work-from-home environment that ensures privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Currently fully licensed and independently practicing in at least one state.

• Openness to acquiring additional state licenses as needed.
