Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build positive and trusting relationships with patients.

• Assess and address mental health disorders.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs and circumstances of patients.

• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling and treatment, modifying treatment plans as needed.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.

• Engage and advise family members when suitable.

• Organize outreach and referral efforts within local communities.

• Collaborate within small clinical teams under the guidance of a licensed clinical lead.

• Consult with Clinical Consult Groups and seasoned clinicians for case discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment post-licensure.

• A Master’s Level Degree or higher in a relevant field (mandatory).

• A valid and active LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license as per the office location; full and unrestricted license is required.

• We are not hiring associate or intern-level therapists.

• Maintain your professional licensure and/or certification during employment.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Capability to guide, direct, or influence individuals.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to establish and sustain effective working relationships with clients and their families.

• Proven proficiency in using electronic health record systems to manage patient data, document clinical details, and access patient histories.

• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

• Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and resolve common issues.

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but not a requirement.

• Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
