This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and manage mental health disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Meet with patients on a regular basis to deliver counseling and treatment, modifying plans as needed.
• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and advise family members when suitable.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within the local communities.
• Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields.
• Possession of a full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on the office location.
• Active and valid clinical license; applicants without one will not be considered.
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after achieving full licensure.
• At least 2 years of experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services.
• Professional licensure and/or certification must be upheld throughout the duration of employment.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Capability to adapt to new technologies and resolve common technical issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Skill in guiding, directing, or influencing individuals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
