This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive, trusting relationship with patients
• Identify and address mental health disorders
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and circumstances
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling and treatment
• Modify treatment plans as needed
• Carry out continuous evaluations of patient progress
• Engage and provide guidance to family members when necessary
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities
• Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields
• Full, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on the office's location; a valid, active license is essential
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure
• A minimum of 2 years' experience delivering diagnostic assessments and therapy services
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Experience in managing patient data, documenting clinical information, and accessing patient histories
• Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues
• Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable
• Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Skill in guiding, directing, or influencing individuals
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and nurture effective working relationships with clients and their families
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not mandatory
• Not seeking associate/intern level therapists
