Licensed Master Social Worker, NY

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychosocial evaluations adhering to evidence-based practices.

• Deliver counseling and therapeutic services to patients utilizing evidence-based treatment methods.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Ensure timely completion of necessary documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and implementation.

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the team to address treatment challenges.

• Uphold compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Swiftly respond to urgent or emergency situations.

• Manage a caseload of 30-35 patients each week, with a minimum of 5 patients daily.

• Deliver comprehensive behavioral health services for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders within an extended primary care collaborative model.

• Licensed Master Social Worker.

• Engage in ongoing professional development as mandated by the licensing board.

• Exhibit cultural competence and a strong commitment to diversity.

• Capable of maintaining a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly, with at least 5 patients daily.

• Availability to work one of the specified schedules.

• New York location/work eligibility is implied by the role designation and job posting location.
