Licensed Master Social Worker – NY

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive behavioral health services for common primary-care issues such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders.

• Conduct psychosocial evaluations.

• Offer counseling and therapeutic support to patients.

• Function as an individual, family, and group therapist.

• Complete necessary documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the care team to address treatment challenges.

• Address urgent or emergency situations as needed.

• Manage a weekly caseload of 30-35 patients and see a minimum of 5 patients each day.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license.

• Engage in ongoing professional development as mandated by the licensing board.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments that align with evidence-based practices.

• Provide counseling and therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exhibit competency as an individual, family, and group therapist.

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments along with treatment planning and execution.

• Show cultural competency and dedication to inclusivity.

• Respond promptly to urgent or emergency situations.

• Maintain a weekly caseload of 30-35 patients and a minimum of 5 patients daily.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
