This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and address mental health issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and situation.
• Meet with patients consistently to provide counseling and therapeutic support.
• Modify treatment plans as needed.
• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and counsel family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within surrounding communities.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master's Level Degree or higher in relevant fields is mandatory.
• A valid and active LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license appropriate for the office location; full, unencumbered license is required.
• Associate or intern level therapists will not be considered.
• Must maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout the duration of employment.
• Proficient in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems with demonstrated experience.
• Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and resolve common technical issues.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but not required.
• W-2 employment with medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following employment.
