Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist, LIMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient therapy services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Offer mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Identify mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.

• Maintain 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Assist in expanding into new markets by acquiring additional state licenses as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience partnering with clients to reach their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current full/independent clinical licensure.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as necessary.

• Capability to complete 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Experience working with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
