This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and treat mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and circumstances.
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling, treatment, and make necessary adjustments to their plans.
• Perform ongoing evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and provide guidance to family members when suitable.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.
• Aim to enhance patient outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with clinical teams and consult with clinical leads, Executive Therapists, and Psychiatrists.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher in a related discipline (mandatory).
• Hold a full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license as per office location; candidates without a valid, active license will not be considered.
• We are not hiring associate or intern-level therapists.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification for the duration of employment.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, though not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Capability to guide, direct, or influence individuals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Proven proficiency with electronic health record systems; familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.
