This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients
• Assess and provide treatment for mental health conditions
• Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to patient needs and situations
• Engage with patients regularly to offer counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Modify treatment strategies as required
• Conduct continual evaluations of patient progress
• Involve and counsel family members when suitable
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities
• Work collaboratively within small clinical teams and consult with clinical leaders, Executive Therapists, and Psychiatrists
• Utilize technology for documenting sessions and managing patient data
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure
• Master’s Level Degree or higher in a relevant discipline (mandatory)
• Valid and active LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license; must be fully licensed
• Candidates must hold a license and reside in California
• We are not hiring associate or intern-level therapists
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification for the duration of employment
• Proven proficiency in EHR; familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred
• Competent in computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
• Ability to adjust to new technologies and resolve common issues
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and their families
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but not mandatory
• W-2 position with medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first of the month following employment
