Licensed Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify patient requirements.

• Deliver individual and group therapy using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy.

• Create and execute treatment plans customized to meet the individual needs of each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

• Oversee and mentor junior staff or interns in clinical practices and patient care.

• Maintain precise medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in research activities to support the advancement of clinical practices within the organization.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex needs, including those with PTSD, autism, or disabilities.

• Offer addiction counseling and support for patients facing substance use challenges.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise mental health awareness.

• Deliver comprehensive psychological care through telehealth and outpatient services.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.

• Experience with children and families is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology for remote patient care.

• Understanding of behavioral health principles and mental health counseling methods.

• Skilled in psychological testing and intake assessments.

• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient environments is preferred.

• Strong grasp of social work principles related to mental health care.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including geriatric and pediatric patients.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
