Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Offer care to patients via commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

• Complete around 30 client care hours each week.

• Manage an average of six clients daily.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and mental health/substance abuse diagnoses.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Utilize telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Potentially acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Unable to accommodate temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses.

• Maintain a private work-from-home environment for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience partnering with clients to meet goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Hold current full/independent clinical licensure, including LCPC or equivalent accepted credentials.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required for market growth.

• Capable of completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients daily.

• Experience working with patients who have chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
