Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program

• Provide mental health treatment through technology to enhance access to care

• Deliver care to patients across various age groups

• Manage about 30 client-care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily

• Work with individuals suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives

• Utilize telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and relevant licensure

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

• Designated work-from-home environment ensuring privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is a plus

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses

• Experience in treatment planning

• Proficient in using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

• Background in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments

• Current full/independent clinical licensure

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
