Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient mental health services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide compassionate and high-quality mental health treatment to patients of all ages.

• Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Maintain approximately 30 hours of client care per week, averaging six clients daily.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new markets by securing additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Dedicated work-from-home environment that ensures patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to meet their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Current independent clinical licensure/credentials (including LCPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or LPCC).

• Capability and readiness to provide 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients per day.

• Background in working with patients experiencing chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Willingness to secure additional state licenses as required.
