Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Deliver mental health treatment to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Offer approximately 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Work with individuals facing chronic severe mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Assist Brave Health in its expansion by obtaining additional state licenses when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A private work-from-home environment for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current full/independent clinical licensure.

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as needed.

• Capability to complete 30 hours of client care each week.
