Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor – LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health treatment through technology to enhance access to care.

• Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Offer around 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Serve patients of all ages through commercial health insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare.

• Work Monday to Friday during either a 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm Central Time shift.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and valid licensure.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A dedicated work-from-home environment that ensures patient privacy and complies with HIPAA standards.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Commitment to completing 30 client care hours weekly.

• Experience with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as necessary.
