Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth initiative.

• Offer mental health treatment to patients throughout all stages of life.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Create treatment plans and perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Complete roughly 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients daily.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health grows into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted permission to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, present or future.

• A private workspace at home for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Proven track record of partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments effectively.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

• Capability to fulfill 30 client care hours each week.
