Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals across various age groups.

• Utilize technology, telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.

• Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create and implement treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their personal goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Offer approximately 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging around 6 clients per day.

• Work with patients dealing with chronic severe mental health issues, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Assist in Brave Health's growth by acquiring additional state licenses when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship at present or in the future.

• A dedicated work-from-home environment with privacy to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to meet their objectives.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Independent/full licensure in a relevant clinical credential, such as LCPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or LPCC.

• Commitment to providing 30 hours of client care each week.
