Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care.

• Serve patients throughout their lifespan.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients each day.

• Potential to obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree along with appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A dedicated work-from-home area that ensures privacy for patient safety and complies with HIPAA standards.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Proven ability to partner with clients to reach their goals.

• Competency in performing comprehensive assessments.

• Openness to acquiring additional state licenses as needed for expansion.

• Capability to fulfill 30 client care hours weekly, with an average of 6 clients daily.

• Experience working with individuals suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Current independent clinical licensure, such as LCPC or an equivalent credential.
