This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engage in Connection Calls with teenagers and their caregivers.
• Establish rapport, evaluate treatment readiness, and clarify PHP/IOP options.
• Carry out brief CALOCUS screenings, crisis evaluations, and suicide risk assessments.
• Employ de-escalation techniques and identify when immediate escalation or a higher level of care is necessary.
• Facilitate challenging family discussions with clarity and empathy.
• Record findings promptly following each screening.
• Collaborate on next steps with Admissions and clinical teams.
• Valid, unrestricted Florida licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, including clinical dialogues with teenagers and families.
• Clinical experience with adolescents and knowledge of adolescent PHP/IOP care.
• Expertise in crisis assessment, suicide risk evaluation, and de-escalation strategies.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make timely, independent decisions.
• Capacity to maintain composure, organization, and effectiveness in high-risk situations.
• Dedicated workspace for confidential remote consultations.
• Regular availability Monday through Friday, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Eastern.
• Registered intern or provisional status does not fulfill the licensure requirement.
• Guaranteed minimum of 5 paid hours weekly.
• Compensation for consultations, documentation, and associated clinical tasks.
