Licensed Christian Counselor, LPC, LCSW, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and/or adolescents through secure telehealth platforms.

• When requested by clients and clinically suitable, incorporate Christian faith and Biblical principles into counseling sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments, create treatment plans, document progress notes, and fulfill all necessary clinical paperwork.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques while honoring each client's spiritual beliefs and treatment objectives.

• Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and professional practice standards.

• Work alongside other providers and administrative personnel to maintain seamless continuity of care.

• Engage in team meetings, consultations, and continuous professional development opportunities as needed.

• Assist clients dealing with behavioral health issues within the counselor's area of expertise.

• Hold a robust Christian faith and a commitment to assisting clients in need of faith-integrated counseling.

• Be at ease with integrating Biblical principles into therapy when requested by clients and clinically appropriate.

• Uphold values of clinical excellence, compassion, integrity, and professionalism.

• Have one of the following active, unrestricted licenses in their state of practice: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or another independently licensed behavioral health professional.

• Maintain good standing with their licensing board.

• Maintain malpractice insurance or secure it before commencing services.

• Be qualified to provide telehealth services.

• Exhibit excellent communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making abilities.
