License Compliance Advisor, Turkey

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Manage the reply queue for designated Turkey cases and ensure responses are made within the team's SLA.

• Progress each case towards closure and address objections in line with company license-compliance policies.

• Assist end users in making purchases through the appropriate channels, which may include a cart link, reseller, or LC SKU.

• Verify the accuracy of orders prior to finalizing sales.

• Implement standard license-compliance pricing and settlement structures.

• Escalate counteroffers, non-standard requests, exceptions, conflicts, and out-of-standard cases.

• Identify and direct Amnesty Programme cases while applying offers according to established terms.

• Document every interaction and outcome in Salesforce and HubSpot in real time.

• Keep comprehensive case records to ensure team continuity.

• Contribute objections and edge cases to the Reply Handling Guide.

• Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on challenges and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must possess a valid work/residence permit for Türkiye.

• Previous experience in inside sales, license compliance, or a customer-facing commercial position is essential.

• Experience carrying a quota is required.

• Ability to operate effectively in high-volume, structured, target-driven commercial environments.

• Experience with CRM systems is necessary; proficiency in Salesforce is highly preferred.

• Strong skills in handling objections.

• Adherence to rigorous process discipline and precise, timely case logging.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Turkish is mandatory.
