This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assist the Business Manager with operational and financial duties.
• Engage in activities related to program initiation.
• Collaborate directly with a primary Government client.
• Create and support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
• Conduct Earned Value reporting.
• Aid in baseline planning and development tasks.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Identify and develop risks and opportunities.
• Execute financial forecasting.
• Contribute to the Short Range Outlook (SRO).
• Assist with the Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
• Support long-term strategic planning over five years.
• Facilitate customer meetings and internal executive discussions.
• Operate as an individual contributor without managerial duties.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related discipline.
• Experience in consolidating and analyzing financial datasets.
• Capability to effectively communicate financial information both internally and externally within the program area.
• Ability to collaborate with functional leads and program managers, propose solutions, and make swift, informed business decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, creative, innovative, and strategic thinker.
• Quick to learn and utilize program management systems and tools.
• Competent in independently creating and accurately analyzing financial data.
• Financial experience within the aerospace/defense sector.
• Previous program experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• EVMS certification or a comparable Project Management Institute (PMI) credential.
• Prior experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC), including cost, variance, risk, and opportunity analysis.
• Proficiency in using SAP, APEX, PRISM, MRP, RPLAN, and BW.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive "can do" approach.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information under this program/contract.
• Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
