Legal Workflow Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Head of Direct Data Services to formalize legal workflow intelligence and expand solution knowledge throughout the internal team and product offerings.

• Serve as a client-facing domain expert and trusted consultant for legal, buyside, sellside, and advisory clients.

• Analyze and delineate users' intricate legal processes, such as credit agreements, debt structures, and covenants.

• Utilize AI and LLM tools to create prototypes, conduct tests, and design customized workflows for manual credit analysis and document-heavy research.

• Work alongside product and engineering teams to convert client feedback into enhancements and new features for the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the leveraged finance or restructuring divisions of law firms.

• High level of proficiency and comfort with leading AI tools and LLMs.

• Strong enthusiasm for prompt optimization and workflow automation.

• Demonstrated capability to forge partnerships and address highly complex operational challenges for institutional clients.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond swiftly.

• Capacity to navigate uncertainty and manage multiple ongoing projects.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Experience collaborating directly with product, data, or engineering teams is advantageous.
