📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their recruitment requirements, desired candidate profiles, technical competencies, and organizational culture.

• Implement targeted talent acquisition strategies, which encompass active sourcing, headhunting, professional networking, and specialized campaigns.

• Evaluate candidates through comprehensive interviews, validation of legal expertise, and assessment of interpersonal skills and potential.

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and providing support throughout the recruitment process.

• Represent the agency within the legal community, participating in events and fostering long-term relationships.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and assist in building trusted partnerships.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal recruitment practices and the cultivation of sector expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of the legal sector and its various roles, including but not limited to lawyers, legal technicians, paralegals, notaries, and legal assistants (an asset).

• Exceptional communication and listening abilities, with a talent for establishing credible professional relationships.

• High aptitude for talent research, adept use of specialized platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to accurately assess candidate suitability.

• Professionalism, ethical standards, discretion, and respect for confidentiality are essential.

• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
