Legal Supervisor – Labor Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Direct, mentor, and manage the labor law legal team, ensuring effective workload distribution and adherence to deadlines and established quality benchmarks.

• Oversee the department's administrative and operational processes, ensuring that tasks are executed in a structured, efficient manner and in line with internal protocols.

• Track daily activities and deadlines, pinpointing outstanding issues, bottlenecks, and operational risks, while taking proactive measures to avert delays or disruptions in processes.

• Assign and prioritize tasks among team members, considering workload, complexity of issues, deadlines, and each professional's capabilities.

• Proven experience in labor and employment law as well as team management.

• Familiarity with administrative and operational workflows.

• Capability to oversee and delegate tasks to the team.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.
