Legal Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in sales calls, demonstrations, and RFPs as a legal expert.

• Provide support to account executives through training, customized guidance, and sales strategy.

• Create playbooks and training materials for internal legal teams.

• Develop product training packages, documentation, and thought-leadership content.

• Represent Spellbook at webinars, CLE sessions, and industry events.

• Convert transactional workflows into actionable product features and improvements.

• Engage in feature discovery, development, and testing processes.

• Refine customer insights into clear product requirements.

• Assist with additional responsibilities and projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney.

• 3–5 years of experience in transactional law.

• Ideally possess a combination of law firm and in-house experience.

• Extensive knowledge of contract negotiation, drafting, and review processes.

• Familiarity with Large Language Models in the contemporary AI landscape.

• Strong product instincts with the capability to build, iterate, and independently drive initiatives.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and external clients.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for both legal and business audiences.

• Experience in a legal tech or SaaS company is preferred.

• Understanding of B2B sales processes or customer enablement is favored.

• Technical curiosity or experience with product/engineering teams is advantageous.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the US at the time of application.
