This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect technical and environmental information during the customer intake process, which includes details on current infrastructure, delivery needs, and site readiness data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to ensure that discovery is thoroughly completed prior to handing off to delivery.
• Confirm account specifics, contacts, shipping details, and payment conditions for new engagements.
• Liaise with Finance regarding credit terms and payment schedules before fulfilling orders.
• Execute the deal intake checklist and highlight any non-standard liability terms, jurisdictional requirements, government/SLED compliance obligations, or unusual engagements.
• Set clear expectations with customers and internal stakeholders regarding onboarding schedules, documentation needs, and delivery prerequisites.
• Support vendor onboarding governance and ensure that new OEM and partner relationships adhere to internal approval processes.
• Conduct an initial review of partner and vendor agreements, flagging any non-standard terms for Corporate Counsel's attention.
• Maintain the partner agreement tracker for both OEM and distributor relationships.
• Coordinate export compliance for international hardware shipments.
• Verify ECCN classifications, perform restricted party screenings, and collect necessary end-use certifications.
• Monitor country-specific import documentation requirements and manage ATA Carnet records.
• Escalate shipments that require BIS export or re-export licenses to Corporate Counsel.
• Review, redline, and negotiate NDAs and Statements of Work.
• Oversee the lifecycle of NDAs and SOWs from intake to execution, including any amendments and renewals.
• Keep track of expiration dates, renewal periods, and amendment requests.
• Ensure signed SOWs are in place before commencing any delivery activities.
• Escalate any non-standard contract terms that fall outside of playbook authority to Corporate Counsel.
• Maintain precise contract records within the contract repository.
• 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, vendor management, or a related operational role at a VAR, IT solutions provider, or managed services company.
• Knowledge of the channel model, OEM partner programs (such as Dell, Cisco, Palo Alto, Broadcom, etc.), and technology reseller workflows.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple concurrent onboarding and contract processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Direct experience with a VAR or IT solutions provider within the Dell, Arrow, or TD Synnex ecosystem is preferred.
• Familiarity with EAR/ITAR export compliance, ECCN classifications, or international hardware logistics is preferred.
• Experience with government/SLED procurement requirements and contract vehicles (like NASPO, OMNIA, NCPA) is preferred.
