This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect technical and environmental data during the customer onboarding process, including existing infrastructure information, delivery needs, and site readiness details.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to ensure thorough discovery before transitioning to delivery.
• Confirm account information, contacts, shipping details, and payment terms for new projects.
• Liaise with Finance regarding credit conditions and payment timelines prior to order fulfillment.
• Execute the deal intake checklist and identify any non-standard liability terms, jurisdictional requirements, government/SLED compliance obligations, or atypical engagements.
• Set clear expectations with customers and internal stakeholders regarding onboarding schedules, documentation needs, and delivery prerequisites.
• Assist in vendor onboarding governance and make sure new OEM and partner relationships adhere to internal approval processes.
• Perform an initial review of partner and vendor agreements, flagging any non-standard terms for Corporate Counsel.
• Keep the partner agreement tracker updated across OEM and distributor relationships.
• Manage export compliance for international hardware shipments.
• Validate ECCN classifications, perform restricted party screenings, and collect necessary end-use certifications.
• Monitor country-specific import documentation requirements and maintain ATA Carnet records.
• Escalate shipments that require BIS export or re-export licenses to Corporate Counsel.
• Review, redline, and negotiate NDAs and Statements of Work.
• Oversee NDA and SOW lifecycles from intake through execution, including amendments and renewals.
• Monitor expiration dates, renewal periods, and amendment requests.
• Ensure signed SOWs are secured prior to the commencement of delivery activities.
• Escalate non-standard contract terms that fall outside playbook authority to Corporate Counsel.
• Maintain precise contract records in the contract repository.
• 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, vendor management, or a comparable operational role in a VAR, IT solutions provider, or managed services company.
• Knowledge of the channel model, OEM partner programs (Dell, Cisco, Palo Alto, Broadcom, etc.), and technology reseller processes.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple simultaneous onboarding and contract procedures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Direct experience within a VAR or IT solutions provider in the Dell, Arrow, or TD Synnex ecosystem (preferred).
• Familiarity with EAR/ITAR export compliance, ECCN classifications, or international hardware logistics (preferred).
• Experience with government/SLED procurement requirements and contract vehicles (NASPO, OMNIA, NCPA) (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
