Legal Office Receptionist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Arrange consultations and appointments for clients.

• Keep precise records within the CRM system.

• Provide an exceptional client experience during all interactions.

• Professionally and efficiently handle incoming phone calls.

• Follow up with both prospective and current clients via email communications.

• Collect preliminary client information during initial discussions.

• Act as a primary point of contact for potential clients.

• Oversee communication, manage appointment scheduling, and assist with the intake process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, intake coordination, or administrative support is preferred.

• Must possess the ability to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone.

• Comfortable discussing sensitive legal issues with individuals.

• Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism consistently.

• This role requires proficiency in English.

• All documents and application forms must be completed in English.

• Resume should be submitted in .DOC format and in English.
